The Sweetest Thing - Review

The Sweetest Thing - Jill Shalvis

This was another great read! I loved it. Jill Shalvis is genius in creating characters that one can relate to on so many levels. In The Sweetest Thing we have Tara, the oldest sister, who has gone through a lot in her life, is a struggling divorcee and has all these walls up as an attempt to guard her heart. We also have Ford. Can we say YUM !!!!! Shalvis sure knows how to create drool-worthy male leads. Ford is essentially a man who lives by his own rules, seems carefree and simply looks like a man who does not take life too seriously. Tara and Ford have a past. The question is can they move on and build something new? They find themselves at some crossroads and have to choose whether they want to take the easy way out and walk away or take a chance and try again. I love how this is a story about how finding true love is not always an easy road. Sometimes we have hurdles to overcome before we get our HEA. Overall, Jill Shalvis writes a beautiful love story in The Sweetest Thing with two amazing characters who share some amazing moments.

If you are still wondering whether to give Jill Shalvis books a try - JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!! I have yet to be disappointed.
